Philosophy

Three commitments that define how we work.

01 / Principal-led

Every mandate is led by a principal — from origination through disposition.

Institutional allocators deserve a single, senior point of accountability. We staff engagements with decision-makers, not intermediaries.

02 / Operator DNA

We advise because we operate — and we operate because we invest.

Post-Lintel manages the portfolios it underwrites. That discipline produces cleaner underwriting, tighter execution, and accurate forward numbers.

03 / Governance-first

Built for the reporting and governance standards of global institutions.

Quarterly packs, English-language financials, and audit-ready documentation — structured to LP-grade expectations from day one.

Tamio Bando

Chairman & Chief Executive

Tamio Bando founded Post-Lintel in December 2017 with a single conviction: that institutional capital from across Asia deserved a Tokyo partner built to its own governance standards — not a broker repurposed to look the part.

He also serves as Chairman of Post-Lintel Investment Management, the firm's licensed investment management and financial instruments business arm. Today he leads the firm's investment committee and personally oversees every cross-border mandate.
